Tony and Dawn Shearer made the selection of our new carpet and tile very easy. They were both very friendly and courteous to us.

Tony was extremely helpful while we were making the selections; he was also very patient with us. We did change our selections before he ordered the carpet and tile.

We had a water pipe freeze and an unbelievable amount of water came from the pipe on the second floor of our home. He had to replace the tile in the upstairs bathroom and the carpet in the upstairs bedroom as well as the living room, dinning room and kitchen. Tile was also replaced in the entryway hallway, closet and powder room. Due to the amount of damage, Tony had to coordinate his installation with the contractor, Great Oaks Construction Inc., so they could work and not interfere with each other. Tony and his staff were all very courteous and polite and did their work in a professional manner. The installation also looks great.

We would like to say thank you to Tony Shearer for a job well done. He helped to make a difficult situation better for us.
