Owner Tony Shearer began providing flooring, tile and carpet sales and service, after working as an installer for 15 years for another flooring, tile and carpet company. Tony, saw how customers were being neglected due to poor service. What he saw was that the flooring, carpet and tile sales department and the flooring, carpet and tile installation department did not work hand in hand. A good foundational part of flooring, carpet and tile is not only the knowledge of flooring, carpet and tile, but the installation of the flooring, carpet and tile too. This is where Tony decided to pioneer on his own.

Working in Cincinnati and West Chester, Tony noticed on his journey of life, prior to owning his own company, that steps were being neglected and missed to provide excellence and a trusted advisor and relationship in flooring, carpet and tile.
